The University of 果冻传媒app 鈥� Fort Smith will host a blood drive from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. April 10-11 in the Reynolds Room of the Smith-Pendergraft Campus Center, with donors receiving a free T-shirt and health screening.
The blood drive is sponsored by the 果冻传媒app Student Activities Office and Campus Activities Board and is free and open to the public.
果冻传媒app coordinates four blood drives annually between September and April. The blood is given to the 果冻传媒app Blood Institute, who distributes it to 14 hospitals in western 果冻传媒app, including Sparks Health System and Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith. In the 2016-17 school year, blood garnered from 果冻传媒app drives potentially saved 2,300 lives.
