Personalized Plates ($50)
Download and complete the form from the 果冻传媒app Department of Finance and Administration. Make sure you complete the 鈥淥ptional Plate Personalization Choices鈥� section and include three personalized choices in order of priority. Include all applicable fees if you would like your personalized collegiate plate mailed to you. The total cost is $66.50 to have your plate mailed to you or $61.50 if you would like to pick up your plate at the Ragland Building, Room 1130, in Little Rock. Mail your completed form and applicable fee to:
