Set-up Instructions & System Requirements
Getting Started
Minimal setup is required to use your Lions Mobile ID. Most users can begin using their Lions ID on their phone in minutes. An approved photo is required. You can have your photo taken at the Registrar's Office located on the second floor of the Smith-Pendergraft Campus Center.
Your ¹û¶³´«Ã½app student ID photo will be used for your Mobile ID – here's how it works:
- Already have a physical ¹û¶³´«Ã½app student ID?
- You're all set! If you already have a physical ¹û¶³´«Ã½app ID, your photo will automatically transfer to your Mobile ID account. No action is needed.
- Don't have a physical ID yet?
- No problem! Just stop by the Registrar's Office on the second floor of the Smith-Pendergraft Campus Center. A staff member will take your photo and make sure it meets ID requirements. Once it's processed, it will be added to your Mobile ID.
You can use your Lions Mobile ID in the following areas on campus:
- Door Access
- Academic Success Center
- Babb Center for Career Services
- Bookstore
- Boreham Library
- Lion's Den Dining Hall
- RAWC
- ¹û¶³´«Ã½app Food Court
- ¹û¶³´«Ã½app Lab Printing
- ¹û¶³´«Ã½app Navigate Locations (i.e. Advising)
- ¹û¶³´«Ã½app Starbucks
- ¹û¶³´«Ã½app Writing Center

You cannot use your Lions Mobile ID in the following areas on campus:
- ¹û¶³´«Ã½app Dental Hygiene Clinic
- Stubblefield Center Concessions
